• Client is responsible for content and subject matter being projected/broadcasted/exhibited.
 
• Client agrees to provide full payment prior to setup. Once setup is complete no refunds will be issued unless deemed necessary by Partyflix, Family Unlimited INC, their officers, officials, agents, employees.

•  Partyflix will provide a DVD/Blu-ray player with each movie screen rental. We request you choose a standard DVD or Blu-ray (not 4k). If you have 4k-Blu-ray content, please contact us prior to booking. We may be able to accommodate this form of media for additional charge. If you choose to use a device other than our DVD/Blu-ray player, the client is responsible for providing any proprietary video adapters aside from HDMI or VGA connections to run their respective device including but not limited to: PC laptops, Macbooks, tablets, phones, IPads, Apple TV , Amazon Firestick, Roku, Chromecast, etc.
 
•  Partyflix is not responsible for undesirable audio/visual playback if the client chooses to utilize devices (Apple TV, Amazon Fire Stick, Roku, Netflix and Chromecast) reliant on WiFi connections that provide streaming content.  
 
•  Partyflix is not responsible for undesirable audio/visual playback if the client chooses to  utilize media from Redbox and other DVD/Blur-ray rental companies.  

 LASER TAG ONLY
•  Client to provide signed/completed liability waivers for all participants partaking in our Laser Tag events.
 
• If the client fails to provide signed/completed liability waivers for any of the participants, the client shall assume responsibility for any/all injuries or damages sustained during the rental of our equipment (Laser Tag Rentals)
 
COVID 19  POLICY  FORCE MAJEURE
If for any reason beyond either parties reasonable control (including,but not limited to, strikes; labor disputes; actual or potential epidemics/pandemics; acts, regulations or order of governmental authorities; civil disorder; weather; casualty; earthquakes; disasters;acts of war; acts of God; or other conditions), it is inadvisable and/or commercially impracticable , not reasonably possible, or illegal for either party to travel or for either party to perform its obligation under thisAgreement, performance hereunder is excused and either party may terminate thisAgreement in whole or in part without liability of any nature.  In the event of termination or cancellation by either party, all deposits shall be immediately returned to Renter.

RAIN/WEATHER POLICY ☂️
Cancellations/postponements due to inclement weather can be made the day of the event.  There is no penalty if the event is cancelled due to rain or inclement weather. However, once setup is complete, and payment is submitted,  no refunds will be issued. In most cases, where rain or inclement weather is expected, we can work with you up to a few hours before your event. This flexibility allows us to make a better judgment call regarding your local weather, and limits premature cancellations.

We will make every effort to work with you so that we will not have to cancel your event. Consequently, this may require adjustment on delivery and pick up times.

DAMAGES
There is a $250.00 minimum fee that will be applied per unit if there is damage that needs to be repaired or replaced.
