Suggested Rules

Thank you for your interest in our business. If you are planning on hosting a Drive-In Movie event, you are probably concerned about protecting you patrons from COVID 19. However, by overlooking the importance of: lighting, security, and proper protocols ; you may put your patrons in impending risk. Please consider the rules below when planning your event.

• Employees and security will remain on the grounds at all times for the safety of our guests, PLEASE NOTE that we will have security on duty.
• Management has the right to refuse service/admission to anyone at anytime for any reason as they see fit.
• The SPEED LIMIT on the lot is 5 MPH AT ALL TIMES!!! PLEASE watch for pedestrians.
• In the event of power outage or such act of nature, or technical difficulty beyond our control occurs, we reserve the right to reschedule the event within 2-weeks.
• We CANNOT make exceptions to our parking policy, even if you are with someone in a different sized vehicle than your own. Please come early, if you arrive late please do not expect to get a good spot. We thank you in advance.
• Raised hatchbacks or lift backs must not be raised any higher than the roof of the vehicle so as not to block the viewing angle of the vehicle behind you. Please be mindful of others and make sure that your lights are off, no-one is seating on roofs impeding others from view the screen.
• Sound will be broadcasted through car radios, make sure your radio works and you can tune to a custom station upon arrival. Internet based radios will not work.
• We hold the right to change the movies at any time if needed, due to recent changes in laws and regulations certain movies will be pulled from our system and will no longer have permission to show them.
• We will monitor the weather the day of the event. Management has the right to postpone/cancel the movie event due to rain or inclement weather. We reserve the right to reschedule the event within 2-weeks.
• We ask all attendees to stay in their cars during the time on our property, If bathroom trips are necessary please make sure to wear a mask and stay 6ft away from all pedestrians. We have taken enhanced health and safety measures.
• Follow all posted instructions while visiting our facility. An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present.

How to Book

1. Contact us for a quote. PLEASE CLICK HERE!
2. We will send you a booking link to secure your event.
3. A copy of our Release of Liability form-see below will be sent to your email. This must be signed and returned to us.
4. After, we will send you an invoice for your event .
5. Send any pictures of the setup location to: info@partyflix.

COVID 19  POLICY  FORCE MAJEURE: If for any reason beyond either parties reasonable control (including,but not limited to, strikes; labor disputes; actual or potential epidemics/pandemics; acts, regulations or order of governmental authorities; civil disorder; weather; casualty; earthquakes; disasters;acts of war; acts of God; or other conditions), it is inadvisable and/or commercially impracticable , not reasonably possible, or illegal for either party to travel or for either party to perform its obligation under thisAgreement, performance hereunder is excused and either party may terminate thisAgreement in whole or in part without liability of any nature.  In the event of termination or cancellation by either party, all deposits shall be immediately returned to Renter.

Release of Liability

Once you book a drive in screen package with us, you will need to fill out a Release of Liability form. This form absolves Partyflix of any of the following:

• We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for Motor Vehicle accidents.
• We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for damage to vehicles or personal property.
• We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost or stolen items including, money & personal property.
• We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for medical injuries, accidents or deaths.
